Drug/Criminal Prosecutions
Blair County District Attorney Richard Consiglio hired Attorney Peter Weeks as the drug prosecutor in July 2007, with the help of a grant from Operation Our Town.

2016 Criminal Prosecutions:

  • 327 cases
  • 182 defendants

 

Forfeitures:

  • $78,248 in forfeitures from cash, automobiles, and personal property.

 

Volunteer Service

  • 139 volunteers participated in 20 Outreach events
  • 1,008 total volunteer hours
