Drug/Criminal Prosecutions
Blair County District Attorney Richard Consiglio hired Attorney Peter Weeks as the drug prosecutor in July 2007, with the help of a grant from Operation Our Town.

2015 Criminal Prosecutions:

  • 254 cases
  • 154 defendants
  • 12 jury trials

 

Forfeitures:

  • $13,593 in forfeitures from cash, automobiles, and personal property.

 

Volunteer Service

  • 92 Operation Our Town volunteers participated in 18 Outreach events
  • 751 total volunteer hours
