Boyd is wanted by the Altoona Police for Criminal Attempt Homicide, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.  On 09 Feb 2007 Boyd attacked the victim while at the Bridgeview Café in Altoona by striking him in the head with a beer bottle.  Boyd then jumped on the victim and used a knife to stab him a total of 18 times in his torso, legs and arms.  The victim was treated at the Altoona Regional Trauma Center where surgery was performed.  The victim survived his injuries. Williams is wanted by the Altoona Police for two counts each of Criminal Conspiracy to sell Heroin, Criminal Use of a Communication Facility, Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Heroin) and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Heroin).  The charges resulted from Williams selling Heroin to a Confidential Informant on 27 Feb 2007 and 01 Mar 2007  Joseph J.
